Job Location : Allahabad / Prayagraj

The purpose of this role is to generate new business from multiple channels (Online, Making cold calls, etc). We are expecting that candidates should manage accounts independently as well to ensure our team is meeting with the client's goal and helping reduce the client's escalations. Candidates should be self-motivated and have a dynamic and innovative mindset to make a difference. Candidates should be able to operate with minimal guidance.

Experience

a) Must have min 1 to 2 years of experience in business development

b) Strong written and presentation skills

c) Must possess sales persuasion skills to generate new clients

d) Must have the ability to lead a team (if needed)

e) Must have the ability to do presentation / Product Demo to the clients

f) Having an understanding about New/Latest IT Technologies

f) Must be able to prepare sales strategies and generate sales pipelines

Qualifications

a) Must have Bachelor's / Masters Degress in Business Mangement / Marketing

b) Professional Certification is added advantange

c) Prior experience in same line of business would be added advantage
